Cancellation Policy

Virtual Estimate Policy Virtual estimates are offered as a complimentary, remote project review based on information provided by the client. This service does not include an in-person visit or live meeting. To complete a virtual estimate, clients must provide clear photos, basic measurements, and a detailed description of the project scope as requested. The accuracy of any information provided directly impacts the quality of the estimate. If the required information is not provided, incomplete, or unclear, Regalados Construction Inc. reserves the right to decline or pause the virtual estimate until adequate information is received. In such cases, no estimate will be delivered. Virtual estimates are preliminary only and do not include final pricing. Any figures or ranges provided are subject to change based on site conditions, final scope, plans, permits, and further evaluation. If a project cannot be accurately evaluated through a virtual estimate, an on-site estimate may be required and scheduled separately at the applicable rate. By submitting a request for a virtual estimate, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
