Virtual estimates are a great way to begin the planning process, especially for clients who are still exploring ideas, budgeting, comparing options, or do not yet have finalized plans, measurements, or a fully defined scope of work. These estimates are ideal for: • Preliminary budgeting • General project guidance • Early-stage planning • Reviewing project feasibility • Determining whether an on-site evaluation may be required *Virtual estimates are based solely on the information, photos, measurements, plans, and details provided by the client. Estimated delivery time for virtual estimates may take approximately 2–5 business days depending on the complexity of the project, the amount of information submitted, and the level of review required by our team. Please note: Virtual estimates do not replace an on-site evaluation and do not include final pricing. If a detailed in-person evaluation is required, an on-site estimate fee will apply. To ensure accuracy, all submitted information must be clear, complete, and detailed. Virtual estimates may be delayed, placed on hold, or not delivered if the project submission is too vague, incomplete, or missing necessary information required for review. In some cases, a team member may reach out requesting additional details, photos, measurements, or clarification regarding the project. If the requested information is not provided or follow-up questions remain unanswered, the virtual estimate may not be completed or delivered.
