To be considered, we require the following documentation.

Required:

 

  • Business Name + Contact Info

  • W-9

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) (General Liability)

  • Contractor License (if applicable)

  • Workers’ Comp (if you have employees) or exemption statement

  • Trade references (optional but strong)

  • Photo examples of past work (recommended)

 

 

Nice-to-have:

 

  • Safety policy / toolbox talks (if larger crews)

  • Crew size + typical availability

Q: How soon can I start getting work?

A: After review + approval, we’ll reach out when a project matches your trade, location, and availability.

 

Q: Do you pay Net 7 / Net 15 / Net 30?

A: Payment terms depend on scope, documentation, and agreed terms. We keep it clear and documented.

 

Q: Do you require licensed subs for all trades?

A: Only where legally required. We still expect professional standards for all trades.

 

Q: Can I apply if I’m a solo operator?

A: Yes — as long as you’re insured and consistent.
