Essential information about planning and working with Regalados Construction Inc.
Where do you work?
Regalados Construction Inc. is based in Los Banos and serves clients throughout the Central Valley, Bay Area, and other California communities when the project is a good fit.
How does a virtual estimate work?
The virtual estimate request is free and completely asynchronous. No call, meeting, or appointment is required. We prepare the preliminary estimate from the project details and files you submit and deliver it electronically. Existing conditions and final scope must still be verified before final pricing.
How much is an on-site evaluation?
A one-hour on-site evaluation is $55 in Los Banos, $155 in the Central Valley, or $185 in the Bay Area and other service areas. It must be paid in advance through Wix and is nonrefundable. For eligible construction projects of $10,000 or more, the visit fee may be credited when the agreement is signed within 30 days and the required project deposit is received.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Home improvement financing may be available through Acorn Finance. Customers can check offers through Acorn Finance without affecting their credit score. Regalados Construction Inc. is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and cannot guarantee approval or loan terms.
Do you build ADUs and use pre-approved plans?
Yes. We build accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units. Some California cities and counties publish pre-approved ADU plans. Availability, eligibility, site adaptation, engineering, and local approval depend on the property and jurisdiction. A pre-approved plan does not guarantee approval for a specific lot.
Do you handle permits?
We can help coordinate plans and the permit process when included in the project scope. Government, design, engineering, utility, school, impact, and other agency fees remain the client's responsibility unless the signed agreement specifically states otherwise.
Can the assistant give me a final price or completion date?
No. The assistant can explain services and next steps, but it cannot promise a final price, schedule, permit approval, financing approval, or contract term. Those items require review and written confirmation from the Regalados Construction team.
How are changes handled after work begins?
Work outside the signed scope is documented and priced through a written change order before the additional work proceeds.
