Website terms and conditions

These Terms govern use of regaladosconstructioninc.com and its estimate, contact, scheduling, payment, application, assistant, and related features. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website information is not a construction contract

Website content, project photographs, service descriptions, assistant responses, promotions, financing information, and estimates are general information. They do not create a contractor-client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, or replace a written construction agreement signed by authorized parties. A binding construction scope, price, schedule, payment plan, warranty, and allocation of responsibilities exist only in the final signed agreement and approved written change orders.

Virtual estimates

The free virtual estimate process is completely asynchronous and does not require a call, meeting, or appointment. It is prepared solely from information and files submitted by the requester. Virtual estimates are preliminary and may change after site verification, measurements, demolition or discovery of concealed conditions, design development, engineering, selections, subcontractor input, code or utility requirements, permit review, or changes in labor and material availability. A virtual estimate is not a bid, offer, guarantee, or authorization to begin work unless expressly identified in a signed writing.

Paid on-site evaluations

• On-site visits must be scheduled and paid in full through Wix before the appointment is reserved.
• The visit fee is nonrefundable, including cancellations and no-shows.
• A customer may cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before the appointment. Changes within 24 hours require direct approval and do not create a right to a refund or replacement appointment.
• The customer must provide an accurate project address, safe and lawful access, relevant hazards, parking or gate instructions, and authority to allow entry. Regalados may stop or reschedule a visit when access or conditions are unsafe, unlawful, materially different from the information provided, or outside the selected service area.
• The evaluation is observational and limited to accessible conditions. It is not an engineering report, code certification, environmental inspection, destructive investigation, property appraisal, or guarantee that concealed conditions do not exist.

Visit-fee construction credit

For an eligible construction project with a signed contract value of at least $10,000, one paid visit fee per property may be credited toward construction only when the construction agreement is signed within 30 calendar days after the visit and the required project deposit is received. The credit has no cash value, is nontransferable, cannot be combined or applied to design, engineering, government, utility, testing, or permit fees unless expressly stated, and does not make the original visit fee refundable.

Payments, checkout, and appointments

Bookings, checkout, order records, and payment processing are provided through Wix and participating payment providers. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. You authorize the displayed charge when you submit payment. A pending checkout, declined payment, abandoned checkout, or unpaid booking does not reserve an appointment. We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors before providing a service and will provide an appropriate refund if we cancel a paid appointment and do not offer an acceptable alternative.

Construction scope, permits, and change orders

Permit coordination is included only when expressly stated in a signed agreement. Government, utility, plan, design, engineering, testing, inspection, impact, school, and permit fees remain the client’s responsibility unless the signed agreement expressly states otherwise. Approval and timing decisions belong to the applicable authority and are not guaranteed. Work outside the signed scope, client-requested revisions, concealed or differing conditions, code-required corrections, and material changes require a written change order or separate agreement before performance.

Financing

Financing may be available through Acorn Finance and participating lenders. Regalados Construction Inc. is not a lender, broker, underwriter, or credit decision-maker and does not guarantee eligibility, approval, rates, terms, funding, or lender performance. Financing is governed solely by the lender’s disclosures and agreements. A financing inquiry or approval does not create a construction contract or reserve a project start date.

User submissions and acceptable use

You represent that information and files you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorized to provide them, and that their use for the requested service does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us permission to use submitted material to evaluate, estimate, schedule, document, and communicate about the request. Do not submit malware, unlawful content, confidential information belonging to others without authority, or information unrelated to a legitimate business inquiry. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to abuse forms or scheduling.

Intellectual property and project images

The website’s design, branding, text, graphics, and original content are owned by Regalados Construction Inc. or used with permission and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the site. Project images illustrate past work or capabilities and do not promise identical results. Plans, drawings, and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable agreements.

Third-party links and assistant

Links to Wix, Acorn Finance, lenders, social platforms, government plan programs, or other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse every third-party statement and are not responsible for external availability, security, content, terms, or decisions. The website assistant provides general navigation and service information only; it cannot approve a project, promise a price or schedule, interpret law or code, approve financing, or change a contract.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete accuracy, or that every feature will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regalados Construction Inc. and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use this website or reliance on preliminary website information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits obligations contained in a signed construction agreement.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory law or signed agreement providing otherwise, disputes concerning only the website or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Merced County, California. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
