On-Site Estimate (Bay Area) For ADU's

Cancellation Policy

All estimate appointments must be booked and paid for in advance through our website. No estimate will be scheduled without completed payment. Estimate fees are non-refundable. If you decide to move forward with Regalados Construction Inc., the estimate fee may be credited toward the total project cost, at our discretion. Service Area & Pricing Estimate pricing is based on the service area selected at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service area that corresponds to their project location. If an incorrect service area is selected, Regalados Construction Inc. reserves the right to cancel the appointment or adjust the booking to the correct rate prior to the scheduled visit. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 12 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to be present at the scheduled time, will be considered a no-show and the estimate fee will be forfeited. On-Site Visit Requirements An adult decision-maker must be present at the property during the scheduled estimate. Access to all relevant areas of the project must be provided in order to complete the evaluation. Scope of Estimate An estimate appointment includes a professional evaluation of the project and existing conditions. Pricing discussions are preliminary and subject to change based on final scope, plans, permits, and additional findings.
